In August of 2020, we had our new research nurse trained by CRTSolution. Ms. Delva (the co-founder) is an organized, dynamic and very competent consultant. She was able to train our new nurse who had no clinical research experience, in less than 2 weeks, to allow her to start her hands-on experience faster. CRTSolution was able to equip our new nurse, with not only theoretical knowledge, but also, with practical skills to deliver the best performance. Even after her training, our research nurse was provided with ongoing support by the CRTSolution team. They were able to adapt their training to the level of skills and knowledge our new nurse had, which helped boost her confidence and skillset. Our research department is very thankful for the help CRTSolution provided.

It was a real pleasure to follow this training. The content was varied, adapted to my reality and in perfect harmony with my current role. As I had never done research before attending this training, the course helped me grasp the terminology used on a daily basis in this field. The training also allowed me to situate myself in the stages of a project, from start-up to closure. The training is complete for someone who does not have basic knowledge in clinical research. The different training techniques used (self-reading, quiz, explanation by the trainer, etc.) allow the student to assimilate the information.
